About these terms

These terms apply to the websites, booking services and studio services offered by Pilates by Saffron Limited in Hong Kong. Please read them together with our Studio Policy, Privacy Policy, Liability Waiver and the specific offer or membership agreement shown before you buy.

Product-specific terms set out the price, included services, validity, commitment and any special conditions for that purchase. If a product-specific term differs from these general terms, that specific term applies to that product, subject to applicable law.

Accounts and safe participation

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you suspect someone else is using your account. Book only for yourself or through an authorised guest or group booking arrangement.

Complete required health and waiver forms before participating, follow staff instructions, and tell your instructor about relevant changes to your health. Age, guardian, pregnancy and medical-clearance requirements are described in our Studio Policy. Our classes and wellness services are not a substitute for medical advice.

Bookings, attendance and cancellations

Bookings depend on availability and are confirmed through the booking service. Joining a waitlist is not a confirmed place. Cancellation windows, rescheduling conditions, late-arrival rules, late-cancellation fees and no-show charges are set out in our Studio Policy and the applicable booking terms.

QR check-in records your arrival; only check in when you are at the studio for your booking. Contact staff if you cannot check in or believe your attendance record is incorrect.

If we cancel or change a session, including for adverse weather, we will handle your booking under the applicable studio and offer policies and tell you about the available arrangements.

Prices, payments and refunds

Prices and the payment currency are shown before checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe. Review the purchase details before confirming payment and contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.

Our Studio Policy and the specific purchase terms explain refund and cancellation conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Memberships and class packs

The agreement shown for your membership specifies its billing schedule, minimum commitment, included access, booking limits, pause rights and cancellation arrangements. Recurring memberships authorise the recurring charges described at checkout until cancelled in accordance with that agreement. Failed payments may suspend benefits until resolved.

Class-pack credits have the validity and use restrictions shown when purchased. Membership cancellation, a booking cancellation and account deletion are different actions; use the relevant account controls or contact the studio if you need help ending a membership.

For founding memberships, the founding rate and its continuation conditions are set out in the founding agreement. Any first-payment and activation arrangements are shown with the offer. Please retain your purchase confirmation.

Events and membership benefits

Events may use credits or require a separate payment, as shown on the event booking page. Event capacity, eligibility and cancellation conditions apply to the specific event. Membership discounts and complimentary places apply only to the memberships and events identified in the offer; a membership does not automatically include every event.

Using our services

Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the booking service, bypass access controls, make fraudulent bookings or payments, or harass staff or other customers. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect people or the service, and will address affected purchases in accordance with their terms and applicable law.

Website text, branding and images belong to their respective owners. You may use the website for personal information and bookings; other use requires the relevant permission.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep booking information accurate and the service available, but technical faults and schedule changes can occur. Contact us if an error affects your booking or purchase so we can investigate and resolve it.

Participation risks and safety acknowledgements are addressed separately in the Liability Waiver. These terms do not exclude or limit any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the service. We will notify you of material changes affecting an existing membership or purchase as required by its agreement and applicable law; publishing a new page does not by itself remove your existing rights.
