Arrive a little early
Come 5–10 minutes early so we can welcome you, settle your things in a locker and get you set up safely on your reformer or red light mat.
Move & recover
Wear comfortable activewear and grip socks (your first pair is on us). We'll guide you through every spring, setting and modification.
Glow & linger
Afterwards, linger in the lounge with a complimentary healthy drink and our 10-minute red light mask ritual if you'd like. No rush.
Why red light therapy?
Red and near-infrared light are absorbed by your cells to support energy, repair and recovery. You'll find it in our red light mat classes and in the post-class mask ritual in the lounge so you leave feeling stronger, clearer and more energised.

Frequently asked questions
I've never done Pilates. Is it beginner-friendly?
100%. Every class welcomes first-timers, no matter your fitness level. Our instructors are pros at offering individual modifications to keep you comfortable and safe.
If you're brand new to Pilates, we recommend starting with Full body flow & align in the Reformer Studio, or Red light Pilates flow in the Red Light Studio. Prefer to start one-on-one, or with your bestie? A private session is a lovely way to build confidence first.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable, fitted activewear you can move in, and grip socks (required on the reformer and mats, your first pair is a welcome gift). Everything else is provided: water, complimentary drinks and a post-class oshibori. Just bring yourself.
What's the difference between the two studios?
The Reformer Studio (8 reformers) builds strength, posture and tone using spring resistance. The Red Light Studio is semi-private, with just 5 mats, and blends workout and recovery on our red light therapy mats, from flowing strength and sculpting to deep, restorative sessions. Both are deliberately small, so there's always space to move and genuine attention from your instructor. Most members love mixing both.
What does red light therapy feel like?
Calming, warm and deeply relaxing. The red and near-infrared light feels like natural sunlight without the UV, and the gentle warmth comes through the mat, never the heat of a sauna or a sweaty hot room. You leave glowing, relaxed and restored.
Is red light therapy safe if I have a health condition?
Red light therapy supports general wellbeing and recovery; it isn't a medical treatment, and our classes are designed to be safe and accessible. If you're recovering from injury or managing any health condition, please tell us and your instructor beforehand so we can guide you, and check with your healthcare provider if you're unsure. See our liability waiver for the full health acknowledgement.
I'm pregnant. Which classes can I take?
With clearance from your doctor, your practice can continue. In your first trimester you can join our low-intensity Reformer Studio classes; from your second trimester we move you to 1:1 private sessions, tailored to you and supported by our pregnancy wedge cushion, a premium touch rarely offered at Hong Kong studios.

How do class credits work?
Class packs are credits you spend on any reformer or mat class, and your validity starts from your first booked class, not from the day you buy. Memberships give you a set number of monthly credits or unlimited access, plus priority booking and full lounge access.
Do you have a loyalty rewards programme?
Your PS Era is our way of thanking you for showing up. Every class counts, starting with premium grip socks after your very first, and more rewards to unlock the more you come back.
You’ll see how far you’ve come in your account, so you always know what’s coming next.
Do you host events?
We certainly do. This is more than a Pilates studio, it’s a community. Every month, we host a social event to bring like-minded people together to move, connect and feel at home. Come meet your Pilates besties!
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! Guest passes can be earned through Your PS Era, our loyalty rewards. Once you’ve earned one, invite your friend right from your account, and we’ll send them the waiver and health form to complete before they arrive.
If you’d rather not wait, your friend is always welcome on the 2-class intro offer, or you can book a duet session and train together.
If you’d rather not wait, you can book a duet session and train together.
How can I pay?
You can book and pay online with any major card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. In studio, we also accept FPS. However you like to pay, we’ve made it effortless.
What's your cancellation and adverse-weather policy?
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before class and keep your credit; within 12 hours it's a late cancel. Whenever Typhoon Signal No. 8 or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, staying home is always okay, you're never penalised, and your credit returns with an extra 7 days. Our Reformer Studio stays open where it's safe; the Red Light Studio closes until the signal lifts. Full details, including no-show and waitlist policies, are on the Studio Policy page.
